| So, recently at my uni, I applied to have my own radio station as a last minute spontaneous thing.. The great news is I got in, and have a slot too. The slot being 11pm til midnight - it was changed - (UK time) on a Sunday, I HAVE MY OWN SHOW. So, this weekend will be my very first show, and the show will be streamed online at that time every week this semester. I will personally choose the songs and have full control of my listings... WAIT, almost total control as for the early morning I can't play music with aggressive language or themes.  The show will be called Tayla's Metal Muses, or something similar til I choose a better name, and will be streamed at said time at this location: http://kuberadio.com/ Hope to see some of you tuning in, and I'll be accepting requests via my twitter, facebook and this topic over the weeks, and not to mention, we can chat on the radio site and even here during my show if I can get it set up in the studio. Love you all, will keep you all informed.  P.s. it will be all sorts of both male and female fronted metal (though the female metal will probably dominate  )

| I had an idea for the show, and after getting the go ahead from the producer they've said I can do it. My idea is to get some people to record 'jingles' for our show. Standard layout would be something like "Hello, this is *name* and you're listening to Muses Of Metal on KUBE Radio." If you're up for doing this and would like more info: let me know! Creative ideas are also more than welcome. | |
