| Just announced on WT website that Robert is to cease performing on WT tours and instead concentrate on writing and production.His place on stage to be taken by Stefan Helleblad who has worked with the band before.I'm not sure if this applies to the current planned tour and UK shows in November.

| You just have to worry that this might be the beginning of the end for WT.After all Robert and Sharon formed the band together back in 1996 and were always the driving forces behind the band.They changed the drummer last year and we all know that Ruud Jolie has projects outside of WT and they have been around for a while when other bands have come and gone.
So yeah I can understand the reasons behind the decision and applaud them putting family first,and I suppose it made more sense for Robert to stand down with Sharon being very much the face and sound of WT,but you have to wonder where the band goes from here,is Sharon going to want to do as much touring and leave the family at home for long periods? | |

| This doesn't comes as too much of a surprise. In a recent interview Sharon said that they could only be away for 2 or 3 weeks 'cauze their parents needed to stay at their home to watch the kids. She already pointed out then that they didn't thought this was a lasting option.
And Robert already stayed at home a couple of times last tour to watch the kids so it has already proved that it works.
I'll really mis Robert on stage, but in the end this is a far better solution for their children then to leave them with their grandparents. And you can't drag children all over the world with you, that's just not healthy. I just hope this doesn't means Sharon is going to leave soon as well.. | |

| I can't imagine Sharon leaving... I think the band would just split up if her and Robert weren't in it. But hopefully, the fact that Robert will still do all the studio recording and songwriting makes me think they're not going to quit  | |
